The Sexual Attitudes Reassessment (SAR) that Sexplore with Den Temin offers is an intensive three day workshop that allows participants the opportunity to explore their attitudes, values, and beliefs about sex, sexual behaviours, sexualities, and gender identities in a safe, open, confidential and nonjudgmental environment. Our program is the only Sexual Attitudes Reassessment workshop offered in Canada that is accredited with continuing education credits both by Canadian and American professional associations. We are proud to provide you an innovative perspective, with a unique lens, and range of experiences.

The SAR workshop is designed as a facilitated journey to promote open, honest self-exploration and understanding in order to reach comfort and self-awareness as the basis for an individual’s personal growth and development in relation to sex, sexualities and gender issues.

This journey is a shared experience amongst participants and personal exploration is enhanced by the trust promoted through confidentiality. In order to delve deep into the process the SAR workshop will include the potential for emotional and evocative sexually explicit material. This material will include media, small group dialogue, individual reflections, brief presentations, field trips, testimonials, speakers, and panels by individuals sharing personal experiences.

Everybody can benefit from participating in our SAR workshop. It is a space that is open to any individual who is interested in becoming aware, assessing, confronting, and challenging their understanding of sex, sexual behaviours, sexualities, and gender identities. Participating in a SAR workshop will allow you to communicate better in order to improve and create healthier personal relationships.

*The SAR workshop is a requirement for individuals who wish to be certified by regulating bodies in Canada and the United States.*

Our sexual attitudes reassessment workshop has been accredited with 30 Continuing Education Units from the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

This program has met the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and has been approved for 30 CE’s. These CE’s may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.

The SAR we offer meets the requirements set forth by The Board of Examiners in Sex Therapy and Counselling in Ontario to become a registered sex therapist in the province of Ontario.

Our upcoming SAR workshop is on December 11-13 2020 in downtown Toronto. Register Today!

*dates are tentative based on Health Canada recommendations during COVID-19 pandemic*
